Help~ Gain a fren or Lose

I helped quite some fren back then.
may be They are consider fren to me . But may be im not to them.
There is one case,

P was some one i knew just for while and P had problem to deal. I din knew why I din slept keep worrying P. So i helped P, advised P how to deal with P's Bf.
I was addressed P's Best friend at the particular time.
I din know whether is just by feeling or by heart P called me that..
But Not long after P had stable. P had started to ignore me. Stop reply me.
P reply every one except me. I thought i done something wrong, but sooner i found it had nth relate to that. And there i had losed 1 so called Im best friend.

This is just one of more cases i met...

I been too kind to help....
But i gain no fren?!

But those that I'm not there with them..
They were always wit me...
Im confused
