Let's talk about KL drivers. They can be tolerant at times, ethical enough to put a notice in the car when no car park can be found for who ever car they had blocked. At least, they made the correct and necessary light signals when ever needed.
Klang drivers on the other side, double parking. Blocking cars and pulled up their hand break. Never give light signal, or they gave it at the wrong timing either too early or last second. You had to be rough to turn in a busy junction as no body going to give way to you. Especially during tuition end time, they will block the road and never move a cm. They will never give way either, when 2 car is at a narrow road. 1 car at least have to move to side so both car can go through. Drivers in Klang, I think are either too stupid or try to be an ******.
I do not wanted to write this out but what happened to me just now. It was a heavy rain, and I need to walk my friend home. Rain had caused the environment to be difficult for us to walk, and these drivers did what they usually do. Never give signal, drive fast in residential area and even give signal yet they do not turn.
As you can see the picture above, people in the west love to do this reason is they do not care. They are rich, what for need to concern the people outside. Back in Klang, Rich people or medium people will not be this terrible as i can see. But Not so rich people, people that in HONDA ACCORD. drive as fast as he could, without evading the pool of water. And the incident above happen to me.
