NTC 2008(1~ 4 Oct)

1st Oct,

Kinda worry today as i driving to church for gather to go to NTC 2008. Wonder wat is Ntc? Is National training Camp AKA National torturing Camp. Is a camp of all Cmdr in the entire Malaysia.

Us before leaving

We had our breakfast in KL ampang Dim Sum area. When we eating, not only we keep memorizing our pledge.4 gold,red and 8 blue point. PPl around keep looking at us in our full uniform. Then we head up to the camp. A jungle river place it is, named sungai congkak in Hulu Langat. Its kinda making me feeling tovomit as we travel into this deep deep area.

When we arrive , guess what we saw? YES, model(s)!! Some of us wanna stay down and see but too Bad we gotto go further in to our camp area.

We been orientated about the rules and the place. We was seperate into 8 patrol. Then head up str8 to our camp site. We are ordered to built a camp site each 1 patrol. And we had 2 ppl short in our patrol which we had 6 and other had 8. So we gotto double up our effort. So There are Jeffrey,Jason, Joseph ,Jim , Victor and Me. Jeffrey and me was appointed to be Patrol guide and asst. so we seperate up to do our work. And thigns start bugging me as Jim keep say i dono anything i not good at any so we get him to collect wood. Serious he do nothing much today!!. And Jason work with him and help Victor to do the cooking.While Jeffrey, me continue the planning and Joseph collect food.

hugar the Bobcat was our 1st name, It mean(nose shit). First day all the patrol failed to invite the trainer we call cmdr to dinner on time. so we was given assignment of writing an essay why we must not late to invite Commander for dinner. And that is our home work for the night. Then we had our class and Councile fire aka camp fire at soem where dono where. trainer had prepare a fun event for us. Because we are service patrol so we had to stay back after the event to clean up.. Man it so tiring today, so we decide to sleep and guess what we are the First patrol to sleep while other continue their unfinish gadget and yell, bolo shield and flag.

OCt 2nd
We planned to wake at 5 am but we said maximum 5.30 must wake up and yes!!! we woke up at 5 but get out of tent by 5.30am. We wake up and plan out our bolo shield design and our flag because we was request to change our patrol name as it is not real suit. Then here come Jim say that he study and work part time as a Human management so he can manage us. So he wan tto be patrol guide.. ok we let him do. Guess wat he done until breakfast done? Me work for the gadget*dono wat gadget is?it is wood made up furniture* Like dining table, washhand table and dish washing table and so on.Jeffrey had to enhance on the toolcraft area which is a place to chop and cut wood and to store fire and building wood. Victor and Jason in cooking. Joseph help me out at anything i asked him to do although he not good at any thing. Jim on the other way go bath and wait till breakfast time. Man! we din bath sweat like hell he alone go relaz.
A very good and nice breakfast by victor and jason. They are very good in cooking. As we go for classes and have our morning parade. We come out our yell and new/enhanced flag.

Yeap and so it isWe get our new rival which is cougar who said will make us bobcat their meal. Skinny one as junk food.And to foxy group their yell was imitate buy all of the guys.
things fire me up when JIm said Victor keep slowin us down,man he cook for us and shudnt he must know that his one leg is broken one? and he is 49 yrs old!!! Then we go back to continue make our gadget and enhanced the area. Yes this was the bad again when i ask Jim to do the bolo shield again for all of us, he said* i done my one already* I just tell him* you wan us to do all the same thing and leaving other things undone?
Is a reall lucky time when rain comes, most our planned stuff was done like cooking abd build up a big shelter so we can shed from rain. Our camp site was suddenly appear a stream big on flowing through. Not forget not far we had a river. As the rain keep come the river rise nearly to our tent!!!.

As we all sit down eat and know each other in this rain. We knew that victor was an airforce police last time. So cool he can have air diving and parachuitfor training... Suddenly we found out our camp base was flooded. so we make a drain for it. And only 5 of us doign while YOU KNOw who is not there. Then we go out to help other patrol. 1st antelope camp site to drain their place, then to cougar and eagle place. WE got bonus point for helping without them asking! chunted hehehe.

Then we went down to meeting hall for class and anothe council fire. is kinda chilly down the hill.
Is a very memorable session in this council fire. everyone share. Then we went back to clean up our place. Same like previous, we sleep when they working and wake when they go sleep.So we are the earliest to sleep and earliest to wake...^^But thing make me fire when Jim wan us build another tent up then he sleep in it alone! He say he sick and the tent he checked was half wet. Yea right. he dunw an sleep wit uncle victor cuz he snored. He shud had asked Joseph to sleep wit him! not sleeping alone.. So 1st tent,Jim ~2nd tent,Joseph and victor and third is Me, jason and Jeffrey.

3rd OCT.
Wow today again quite some stuff we are not done yet and again our PATROL GUIDE Jim sleep till 7 onli wake up. Just nice for the breakfast!. Aiks i so so so angry wei.Again we continue to do our stuff in enhancing our place. After lunch we get down as fast as possible to gathering field for morning parade.ANd we had to come out better yell ,song and flag.

Then we were orientated for the oveernight hike which is had to pack up everythign with you and go into jungle hike. Fast 2 hours slowest can take you 6 hours. And we continue to enhance our camp site after that and prepare lunch for a Commander. Then we go for classes. man when i over over stressed. Me told jeffrey and Jason i go wash cloth. and dono why me wash till half get a nice cool spot . where the flow is rush.. i sat in it and lay down for few seconds and wow!! is super cool !! Who knows rains come!!! so better get off the river before bigger flow come.
Yeap we pack up as fast as possible and dismantle the whole camp site in the rain T.T
Then we pack up all the thigns and hike!!I spoted alot of leeches wei!!! tell you alot of ppl kena wei. Then got 1 fellow purposely get 2 leeches then we play. experiment we let the leech walk and how it coem to us.. first it had walk toward noen of us then when i put my finger nearer. it like smell soemthing and bend back ward to me. But as it come nearer i think is cus of sweat it dun stick on me. So the leeeches choosen one of us and start sucking. we let that fellow drink kao kao d then we pour salt on it kekeke. Its a very fun night when we all sat together and share our stuff

Huggy bears* 3 basin rules* must wash 3 time So they happy happy use the river to wash , 1 finish wash let the untensil flow to the 2nd one and to last one. Then as they invite the Commander to the lunch. The 2nd missed it and and 3rd start runnign after the Quarry. So they run up to the cmdr and say* pls hold on awhile sir and start runnin.~ then another cmdr saw it and wonder why are the 3 fellow running along the river. When they able to run ahead of the quarry they wan to get the quarry~ The quarry hit a rock and turn to other stream so lastly they cant get it.. So to report to the supply house. They say rain washed it away today. Kekeke Cmdr eric believed it was real until Cmdr reuben brought the truth up hahahah.

Man we come out tent jsut for few second it rain..So gotto pack tent in rain T.T then go up for mornign parade. Dono why today so many bees bugging us... I think soem ppl go shower use honey ing shampoo tats why kekek.
